	Structure:
			RCC Framed super structure in brick masonry. Sismic Design.

	Flooring:
			General flooring with branded ceramic tiles. Glazed tiles up to 7 ft height in bathroom walls. Anti –Skid tiles for bathroom flooring.

	Joinery:
			Main entrance door is designed with teak wood. All other doors and Window frames With well seasoned Pataki wood. The inner doors are flush doors of standard make.

	Wall Finish:
			2 coats of patti and 2 coats of primer and 1 coat of emulsion.

	Roof Design:
			Combination of sloping and flat RCC roofing as per architectural design with quality decorative tiles on sloped roofing.

	Electrical:
			Concealed wiring with necessary electrical points. Accessory / switching are ABB with underground electrical line.3 phase supply with distribution board incorporating MCB.

	Sanitaryware:
			All Sanitary wares are white or medium colored material by Parryware(both Indian & European types). Septic tank of adequate capacity with dispersion trench. Proper drainage system (individual or centralized).Pipe fitting are used with jaguar.

	Water Supply:
			24 Hours bore well water supply. Corporation drinking water and R.O treated drinking water.

	Kitchen :
			Granite polished worktable and wall tiles dado up to 2 ft height above the Table top with stainless steel sink.
